Organic Reishi is cell wall steam extracted to produce extract powder. This enhances the bio-availabilty of the constituents. Grown in the beautiful mountain area of Hangzhou, Reishi contains fruiting bodies and Mycelium and is grown for 6-9 months for maximum Qui availability. It contains zero fillers and zero processors.

Organic Reishi is calming and balancing to the body, mind and emotions and may help balance mood, improve concentration and fight fatigue. It is also thought to strengthen the immune system and aid recovery from illness, while its antioxidant properties may prevent cell damage.

Add one level teaspoon to coffee, tea, milk, smoothies and savoury dishes or simply add to boiling water. We love to mix Reishi with our mixed-blend Comfort when we need extra support.
